Welcome to the Stellivare Shipping Policy. We deliver to customers across Australia and are committed to making your delivery experience as transparent and seamless as possible. Below you will find all details regarding processing times, delivery timeframes, order cut-off times, and other important shipping information.

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (AEST, UTC+10 / AEDT, UTC+11), Monday through Friday.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in both Victoria, Australia, and Wyoming, United States.

Please note: During peak periods (e.g. Australian public holidays, promotional events, or seasonal surges) or in the event of carrier delays, delivery times may occasionally be longer. Such delays are outside our control.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship within Australia. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions. Deliveries to regional, rural, and remote areas may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframes above.


Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers and local delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The carrier used may vary depending on your delivery address and the most efficient shipping route available. Tracking information will be provided where available.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (where available). You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.


Packaging

All Stellivare orders are carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit. Items are shipped in protective jewellery packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your outer packaging appears damaged upon arrival but your jewellery is intact, this is not cause for concern. If the jewellery itself is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@stellivare.com or via Shopify Chat on our website.


Taxes & Duties

For deliveries within Australia, prices are displayed in AUD and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required. No additional import duties or customs fees apply for domestic Australian orders.


Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible via Shopify Chat on our website or at support@stellivare.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed or dispatched.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct any return and re-shipping costs from the applicable refund amount.
